Tango Swap – Selling Guidelines
If you’d like to sell tango clothing or shoes at our Tango Swap, please follow these simple rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- Label Your Items Clearly
- Attach price tags to all items.
- Include your name so buyers can find you when you dance.
- For shoes, also include size and heel height to help buyers choose the right fit.
- Quality Matters
- Bring only clean clothes in good condition (no stains, holes, or excessive wear).
- Shoes should be gently worn and in danceable condition (no broken straps, worn-out soles, or missing heel caps).
- Class in Session – Keep It Quiet
- A tango class will take place before the swap.
- We know you may arrive early to set up, but please keep noise to a minimum until the class is finished.
- Bring Your Own Hangers
- We will provide space for hanging clothes, but please bring your own hangers to keep things organized.
- Handling Sales & Payments
- You are responsible for your own transactions.
- Bring change if needed, or be prepared to accept bank transfers or digital payments (PayPal, Revolut, etc.).
- Unclaimed Items
- Any unsold items must be taken home by the seller at the end of the event.
- We will not store or dispose of any remaining clothing or shoes.
- Be Respectful & Have Fun!
- Be fair with your pricing and enjoy the opportunity to refresh your tango wardrobe while connecting with the community.
Looking forward to seeing you at the Tango Swap!
